much do you charge for picking up my poop?
The more it stinks the more it costs...just kidding...check our

How
often do you clean my yard?
There are a number of options you can choose from. The most popular
are the weekly and twice per week service. We also offer every other
week, monthly and 1-time cleanup. Check out the residential
price page for more detailed information.
Can
I request a specific day for my service?
Yes, however in order to keep prices low we do schedule our normal
routes to serve customers in adjacent areas on the same day. If
you're located far from these regular routes there may be a small
additional charge. Just give us a call
and we'll work around your schedule. Note that when you have your
yard mowed rarely impact the high quality service we provide.
Where
do you clean up?
If a dog can go there...we go there. There are some instances where
we aren't able to clean such as tree tops, roofs, power lines...oh
wait that's birds. Right...we pick up wherever your dog 'goes'.
How
do you clean up?
All waste is double bagged and placed in your trash container (or
hauled away for small fee). All of our tools and shoes are cleaned
and disinfected between each yard with veterinarian approved disinfectant.
We are 100% committed to protecting the health of the people and
pets we serve.
Do
you work in the winter?
Yes, we tried to negotiate with some dogs to stop doing their
business in the cold months...but they refused. So we come out to
keep your yard looking good and smelling great 12 months of the
year!
Do
I have to sign a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. If every business provided the level of high quality
service and delivered 100% customer satisfaction like we do...there
would be no long term contracts. We'll work hard to keep you as
a customer and will count on that hard work to keep your loyalty.
Can
you work with my dog in the yard?
Yes, however if your adorable pooch is an aggressive guard dog
please let us know and we'll bring our extra long tools to clean
from the street...or we'll ask that you simply confine the pup on
your scheduled cleanup day.
How
am I billed?
All first time customers are billed for the first cleaning and
next month's service following the initial cleaning visit. After
that point we send an invoice on the 20th of every month, payable
by the 1st of the following month.
Can
I skip a day or suspend service for a while?
Yes, just give us a call. You will not be billed for days you
want to skip or for missed calls due to weather.
Can
I have a 1-time cleaning?
Of course...whether you need to get ready for a family reunion,
party or to sell your house we can provide 1-time only cleaning.
Note that price is slightly more than regular service as there is
most likely significant amount of accumulated waste. We suggest
regular weekly service to keep on top of the poop...or rather so
you don't step on top of the poop.
How
will I know it's you in my yard and not a poop thief?
All DOG associates where black polo style shirts with our logo on
the front, kacki pants/shorts, and will be picking up poop in your
yard. We will always look and provide our service in a professional
manner.
Can
I lock my gate and you still get in my yard?
Our insurer won't let us jump over fences to get into yards. So
if you'd like to keep your yard under lock and key please unlock
it the day of your service or provide us with the location of an
outside key or combination to the lock. If we are unable to service
your yard due to a locked gate we will still have to charge for
the service.
Isn't
dog poop good for my lawn...I thought it was fertilizer?
Nope, dog waste is protien based and will burn/kill vegetation including
your nicely manicured green lawn. In fact dog waste is considered
hazardous waste by many municipalities. Click

Is
the price cheaper if I have a small dog or it sometimes goes elsewhere
when I walk it?
The size of the dog does not impact price...small poop is hard to
find. Likewise your price will be based on the number of your dogs
that regularly use your lawn.
How
do your referral program work?
The DOG referral program is simple. We'll give you 1 week of free
service for every friend or relative that you refer to our service.
If you're a commercial landscapers or property managers, please
call for referral information.
